PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • Whole or broken raspberry produced from unfermented, deep-frozen raspberries.
  • Free of preservatives and other additives.
  • According to RS and EU standards.

PARAMETERS

Dry matter: 8-12%
Color: red to dark red – uniform;
Taste and smell: typical of ripe raspberries;
Foreign impurities of plant origin leaves, stems, seeds, stem max 20 pcs / 10kg;
Foreign bodies of organic origin hair, snails, insects, worms – absent;
Foreign bodies of inorganic origin wood, paper, carton, plastic, clay, and stones – absent;

PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT

  • Natron bags, 20 kg, 10 kg/1;
  • Appropriate PE bags, transparent or indigo blue;
  • Waterproof transport boxes, five-layer, suitably closed,
  • Labels according to customer’s instructions;
  • Refrigerator truck, 20 MT net;
  • Indoor temperature -18 °C.  On euro pallets, protected with stretch film.
