PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • Deep frozen apricot, cut into halves, without mould, traces of fermentation, damage, deformed fruits, sun damage or insects.
  • Halves with regular cut, uniform colour, appropriate degree of ripeness, without leaves, clay, washed, adequately laser sorted and controlled for the presence of metal.
  • Free of preservatives and other additives.
  • Compliant with RS and EU standards.

Colour: light yellow to orange, characteristic of a given variety and degree of ripeness
Taste and odour: typical of apricots
Halves with irregular cut: max. 10 pcs / 10 kg

  • Waterproof transport boxes, five-layer, suitably closed, new
  • Labels according to customer instructions
  • Refrigerator truck, 20 MT net;
  • Indoor temperatures -18 °C
  • On euro pallets, protected with stretch film
